Appointments
The Doctors are available for consultation in booked appointments during morning and afternoon surgeries. All consultations are by appointment only and can be arranged by ringing 01386 853809.

Test Results
It is the responsibility of the patient to phone for their test results, please phone 01386 853651 on weekdays.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery to cancel your appointment.

NEW DISPENSARY !

We are very excited to announce that we will soon be having a new dispensary at the surgery.

Work will start on 15th June so apologies in advance for any disruption you may experience. Expected to last approx 6 weeks.

The current phlebotomy room will become the new dispensary with purpose built shelving etc...

There will be no disruption to current dispensing, but obviously with builders present there may be a bit of noise and mess !

We are involved in the national Advanced Access programme, which means you can ring the surgery on the day you want to see the doctor or book routine appointments up to two weeks in advance.

Home Visits

contact us Home visits for those patients who are housebound, disabled or too ill to come to the surgery should be requested, whenever possible, before 10.45 am.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

On average visiting you at home takes four times as long as a surgery consultation, so please try and get to the surgery if at all possible.
