If you have any comments or complaints about any aspect of the service you have received please speak to Mrs Christine Milton, our Practice Manager. We will investigate all complaints and respond in writing. We also welcome and enjoy positive feedback.
ACCESS TO MEDICAL RECORDS
We are governed by the regulations pertaining to the Data Protection Act. Access to records is restricted to NHS personnel according to clinical or administrative need. Patients may have access to their records on written request, subject to the statutory administrative fee of £10 plus any cost for photocopying.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
All patients are entitled to be treated with courtesy and dignity; they are bound to treat NHS staff in the same way. Patients should endeavour to avoid wasting the scant resources of the NHS, particularly by keeping appointments and cancelling any that are no longer needed.
